Zen Affiliate Terms
Terms of service

All clients using “Zen Affiliate” (the “Application”), (the “Company”) are deemed to have agreed on the following Terms of service so please check them prior to registering.

Article 1
Membership
  • Those who wish to become affiliates are required to agree to all terms and conditions as a prerequisite for using the Service.
  • This service can be used by people over 18 years old and who meet all the conditions described below. If you do not meet these requirements, you will not be permitted to join or use this site.
  • With approval from our company, registration as an affiliate is completed.
Article 2
Provided program
  • The Company provides an affiliate agency service operated by the Company, which allows affiliates easy access to the environment where you can participate in affiliate programs.
Article 3
Company Monitoring
  • The Company might conduct evaluation according to our Terms of service whether the Affiliate uses the Service within regulations.
  • If a violation occurs, the affiliate will be subject to disciplinary dismissal.
Article 4
Affiliate rewards
  • We reserve the right to determine the amount of compensation for affiliates.
  • Rewards are grouped into three categories:
    • CPA: Affiliates are given one time reward for the players’ first money deposition on the application.
    • Revenue share: Affiliates are rewarded based on the players’ participation. Amount awarded will be distributed according to games’ results.
    • Hybrid: Mix of CPA and RS.
  • Reward type can be selected up to the affiliate's preferences with the approval of our manager.
  • If you wish to change the reward type, you must contact us and obtain consent.
  • Affiliates can invite other affiliates to our affiliate program. If an affiliate will join the company through the invitation you will be awarded a bonus.
  • If you have negative balances on your account it cannot be carried over to the next settlement. If the affiliate reaches the closing date with a negative balance, it will be zero at the start of the next settlement.
Article 5
Payments
  • Following forms of payments are available:
    • Bitcoin
    • Ethereum
    • ecoPayz
    • Tiger Pay
    • Bank money transfer
  • Bank money transfer only available over 2,000EUR
  • Affiliate has to send a payment request by mail to the following address between the 1st and 10th of each month and please fill in the information as needed.

      • Account ID
      • Terms and conditions
      • Remit To bank account
      • Currency
      • Affiliate mail address
  • After receiving the email, we will proceed with the remittance procedure.
  • Payment of rewards will be made in accordance with the reward payment method determined between affiliate and the Company.
  • If the scheduled payment date happens to occur during the holiday, the payment date will be scheduled for the next business day.
  • If the money transfer will not be processed due to incomplete information registered by the affiliate, the affiliate will pay all the fees of the financial institution or payment service provider for resending the money.
  • Taxation of rewards will be accounted for in accordance with the applicable tax laws.
Article 6
Contract termination
  • Our company reserves the right to cancel a contract with an affiliate.
  • The Company reserves the right to terminate due payment if the Affiliate violates terms and conditions of this Agreement or the provisions presented by the Advertiser.
  • The company reserves the right to terminate a contract with affiliates if the site operated by the affiliate is illegal, or if it is confirmed that the site is making unlawful or harmful content.
  • If discovered that the affiliate was involved in fraudulent activity and acquired unlawful financial benefits, the Company will invalidate the amount that the affiliate has earned throughout participation for the company. Also, the Company reserves the right to claim a refund of the accumulated funds earned if it is discovered that the affiliate was involved in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
  • Affiliates have the right to voluntarily terminate the contract with us. Such termination shall be deemed a waiver of any unpaid compensation at the time of termination.
  • We are not obligated to pay any fees earned after the termination date.
Article 7
Copyrights, Trademarks and Proprietary Rights
  • Affiliates may not use or modify any image, text or other content of the Site for public or commercial purposes without the company’s permission.
  • All content on the site is rightfully owned by the Company. Any outside use of the content should be discussed with the authorities of the Company. Otherwise it will be considered a violation of copyright and subject to legal dispute.
  • The Company won’t be held responsible for any copyright issues arising between affiliates and third parties.In addition, if the problem remains unresolved after a certain period of time, the Company may terminate the contract with an affiliate.
Article 8
Secrecy Agreement
  • Affiliates agree upon signing the contract that information regarding their registration and actions within the Company may be disclosed externally. This includes following information:
    • Information that is already disclosed to the public, through various means of communication.
    • Orders from courts, police or other administrative agencies.
    • If undergoing an investigation, or if the Company independently determines that the investigation should be conducted by a third party agency for affiliate’s ongoing lawsuits or other unlawful procedures.
    • Disclosing affiliate’s information to the advertiser or advertising agency cooperating with the Company when necessary for marketing purposes.
    • Affiliates shall not disclose any confidential information to third parties.
  • In addition, Affiliates are obligated to handle data appropriately and safely in order to protect the Company’s confidential information.
  • Affiliates shall not disclose any of the Company’s confidential information that can be obtained through business operations with the Company to the third parties for any purpose.
Article 9
Prohibited actions
  • Affiliates shall not engage in any of the following actions:
    • Modification of specifically provided data such as advertising materials, affiliate link codes, etc.
    • Forcing performance-based rewards.
    • Requesting untruthful amount of incentives collected.
    • Posting advertisements on sites other than registered sites.
    • Conducting unlawful acts or actions that are considered socially unethical.
    • Spamming.
    • Posting of the Company's advertising materials after previous contract termination or due to the loss of an affiliate’s status.
    • Violation of copyrights and intellectual property rights.
    • Misrepresenting true number of recruited affiliates or registering nonexistent profiles in order to increase the value of registration bonus.
    • Operation using sources of traffic provided for the management of the Service.
    • Impersonating casino players and creating fake accounts in order to raise affiliate benefits.
    • Other acts that the Company deems inappropriate.
  • If an Affiliate is found guilty of committing any of the prohibited acts and wants to prove his/her innocence, must submit necessary documents regarding the case to the Company. However, no appeal can be made against the final decision of the Company.
Article 10
Change of Affiliate Information
  • If there is any change in the registered Affiliate personal information, the Affiliate must change the information within 7 days of the occured change. The Company will examine the proposed change of the information requested by affiliates, and may refuse to allow the change if new data is recognised as inappropriate.
  • The Company refuses to change the personal information of affiliates, and does not take any responsibility for damages or damages caused to affiliates or third parties due to this.
Article 11
Force Majeure
  • Neither party shall be liable for the delay or inability to perform the obligations under this Agreement in the event of non-fulfillment of responsibilities due to reasons beyond the control of the parties, such as natural disasters, fires, epidemics and acts of war.
Article 12
Revision of the Terms
  • The Company may change or revise the content of these Terms at any time.
  • The rules contained in the new Terms and regulations apply from the moment of posting the Terms on the Company’s website and come into effect immediately. All Affiliates are obliged to comply with it.
